上菜了，有毛肚、鸭肠、血旺、牛筋、老肉片、耗儿鱼、木耳、嫩牛肉、等等。看的我眼花缭乱，都不知道该放什么了，只能眼巴巴的看着妈妈，妈妈说烫毛肚吧，在重庆吃火锅烫毛肚有诀窍的，要不就不熟，要不就老了。你用筷子夹住毛肚在火锅里七上八下，这样的毛肚不会老，口感是的。于是我自己用妈妈教的方法试了试，我迫不及待的握住筷子小心地从九宫格里捞出来，毛肚就在我眼前晃动，汤水顺着毛肚滑下来，香味不断的引诱我，看得我口水直流，心里一直在说我就要把你吃掉，我吹了吹冷，赶紧的放进嘴巴里，入口第一感觉麻、辣、我用牙齿轻轻的嚼，火锅的香辣都已经融入毛肚里了，口味无比的鲜嫩。我一直以为其他的菜也是这样七上八下的，结果妈妈在边上笑了，说每个菜烫的时间是不一样的，比如鸭肠只要放进去心里数10下就可以了，就好像在锅里捞面一样捞起来就可以了。于是我按妈妈教的方法试了其他菜品，只有一个字想说，爽!真好吃!摸了摸我自己的小肚子，已经圆圆的啦，心满意足的擦擦嘴，心想重庆人这么幸福，可以享受这么多的美食!
